The Host wants to inform you of the rules at Buranelli Charme Rooms

For the purpose of good coexistence, it is required to observe not only the rules dictated by law but also those simply dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

We inform our kind guests that the Buranelli Charme Rooms structure has a virtual reception, everything is managed remotely.

• Check-in is available from 15:00. Check-out is at 10:00; In case of late delivery or failure to release the property from things and/or people, a penalty of € 200.00 per day will be charged to the tenant.

• The structure is not equipped with smoking rooms therefore both in the common areas and in the rooms and in the bathroom/restroom, it is strictly FORBIDDEN TO SMOKE (art.51 law 3 of 16/01/03). The rooms are equipped with a smoke sensor with remote warning, in case of non-compliance with the ban a penalty of € 200.00 will be applied.
• It is forbidden to keep animals. In case of non-compliance with the ban, a penalty of € 200.00 will be applied.
• It is mandatory to respect the cleanliness and hygiene of the common areas.
• At any time, within the structure, behaviours, activities, games and use of equipment that cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided. It is forbidden to organise parties, stag parties and bachelor parties. More attention is required in the 11:00 - 08:00 time slot where rest is expected. Please do not slam the doors but accompany them and moderate the volume of the television. The disturbance of the residents peace entails a penalty of € 200.00 (two hundred/00) AND, in the event that the tenant adopts behaviour contrary to the most elementary rules of civil education, the lessor reserves the right to terminate the contract in advance by withholding the amount paid and requesting further compensation for any damage created.
• In the event of damage caused to the housing unit, furniture or furnishings, at the end of the lease the tenant will be charged the cost of the relative repair together with the cost of managing the file equal to € 50.00 (fifty/00) for each damage caused.
• It is not allowed to light candles and incense in rooms, bathroom/restroom, corridors and other environments.
• Garbage must be collected in the appropriate collection bags located in the rooms and in the bathrooms. It is not allowed to leave waste or anything else in common areas.

It is forbidden to steal the linen and any other accessories / furniture. In case of non-compliance with the ban, the full cost of the stolen goods will be charged along with a penalty of € 200.00 (two hundred/00).
